IMPLEMENTATION OF REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF SOP AND / UKT

It is hereby informed that all students are required to re-register the Even Semester Academic Year 2017/2018, as set forth below:

I. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Implementation of re-registration is only done by making SOP and / or UKT payment in that semester, in accordance with the applicable provisions.

2. To pay SOP and / or UKT students do not need to write Account Number, simply Write, Name: Nim. : Faculty:

3. SOP and / or UKT payments can not be made by transfer

4. No hologram attachment to KTM, KTM (old) “Barcode” that still reads its barcode still valid.

5. Payment of SOP and / or UKT shall take place on: 08 s / d 19 January 2018

6. Student class of 2012 and previously free to make SOP payment to one Bank from 7 (seven) appointed Bank:

a. BANK INDONESIA COUNTRY (BNI) Payment can be done through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

b. STATE SAVING BANK (BTN) Payment can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

c. BANK MANDIRI Payment can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

d. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI) Payment can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

e. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI) SYARIAH Payment can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

f. BANK MANDIRI SYARIAH Payment can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

g. BANK JATIM Payments can be made through:  All branches (Counter) with transaction fee Rp. 1000, –

7. Students of the class of 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 SOP and / or UKT payments shall be made to banks in accordance with the bank at the time of the First Tuition Fee Payment.

8. For students who participated in the 57th KKN-BBM submission shall be given a tolerance of SOP payment without a fine up to February 01, 2018

II. AKADEMIK SEMESTER GENAP LEVEL 2017/2018

Students applying for academic leave may apply from 01 to 13 January 2018 (Application addressed to the Rector through the Director of Education with the approval of the Dean or Director of Graduate School)

For students applying for academic leave more than January 13, 2018 then the application can not be approved.

III. EXEMPTION OF SOP PAYMENT

Students may apply for SOP payment exemption through the Director of Finance in force until February 2, 2018 with the following provisions:

1. for students of D3, S1 and S2 have been passed by no later than date. 02 February 2018 and has been in yudisium by attaching a Graduation Certificate from the Faculty or Graduate School.

2. for PhD graduate students have passed the Phase II Exam (Open Test) exam no later than 02 February 2018 by attaching the Graduation Statement from the Faculty or Graduate School.

If it exceeds the specified time limit, the student is required to pay SOP according to the applicable regulations.

IV. STUDENTS DO NOT REGISTRATION

If up to January 19, 2018 students have not conducted re-registration, it is not allowed to follow the process of academic and non academic activities.
