In an effort to realize the mission of Study Program of Midwife (PSPB) to become a leading institution in research field, both in national and international arena, so PSPB FK UNAIR besides require student to do final research task (thesis) and make scientific article, also capture cooperation with other parties, both nationally and internationally, to improve research stretch.
The institutional cooperation activity in research has so far been in the initiation phase of cooperation. Midwifery Education Studies Program is working to establish cooperation with domestic and overseas institutions. Domestic agencies include inter-faculty in the environment Unair, universities / other educational institutions, Health Department, BKKbN, and network clinics. Until now, the existing cooperation in the form of collaborative research with Doctor Education Program, Post Graduate Program, and cooperation with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
The initiation of cooperation with overseas institutions currently running is with Flinders University (Australia) in the form of procurement of workshop activities capacity building in clinical educator and research in 2014, cooperation with La Trobe University (Australia) in May 2016 on education and research, and October 2016 has been held in collaboration with The University of Nottingham whose main agenda is the research capacity building workshop, and scientific research and publication cooperation.
