On July 4, 2020, the Department of External Relations of the Airlangga University (UNAIR) Midwifery Student Association (Himawary) Faculty of Medicine (UNAIR) conducted their annual work program. At that time, the department was implementing an annual program For Share In (FSI). Himawary received a visit from Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III in this activity. The sharing forum this time was held differently from previous years, this time the FSI was held through a video conference zoom.
FSI is a forum to share stories of experiences between Himawary and other midwifery student associations. This forum is intended to be a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) system. Hopefully, through this forum both parties get additional insights for their association. In the FSI between Himawary and Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III found several similarities and differences between the two. Apparently, this set is a set of two shaded by the department of midwifery. In addition, the two associations also had the same work program, namely the national seminar. However, there are some differences found between these two associations. Some divisions in the Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III apparently did not exist in Himawary, namely the spiritual division. So, this could be input for Himawary to make new innovations.
Although in the midst of a pandemic, familiarity was still in this forum. The expected output in this event was still running optimally. In an interview with the chairperson of the FSI, Feni Priana stated that this year we were pleased with the enthusiasm that woke up in this forum. The Hope, FSI for next year can carry out FSI with a group of students outside midwifery
